We do not use a ‘scatter gun’ approach and bombard clients with CVs from candidates that will not work for them. We take time to provide clients with the best, most appropriate candidates for the role on offer.
Our holistic and human-forward approach means we may see value in a candidate whose CV doesn’t quite match the key criteria for a role but we will take time to speak to our client to explain why we believe that candidate will work for them.
We offer clients both permanent and temporary roles. We also offer payroll services for shorter-term contracts to ease the administrative burden.
We have considerable expertise in sourcing clients from abroad for roles locally and we have an excellent relationship with the Guernsey Border Agency. We are pleased to offer that expertise to clients who require us to conduct the administration around applying for work permits and to assist candidates with visa applications where required.
